On April 18th through 20th, the Idaho Society sponsored Ronald Willis from Kansas in three presentations throughout Idaho. Ron’s presentation was, “I’m Their Leader, But Which Way Did They Go – the Art of Caring Leadership”. We had approximately 140 participants, and the evaluations and responses from the audience were some of the highest for any presenter. Some of the comments were: “This helped me make some life changing decisions.” “Mr. Willis has inspired me in many ways with today’s class.” “Excellent presentation with real life anecdotes – not just theory, but also practical.”

Connie Pratt, the founder of Idaho’s CPM program and mentor to many managers throughout the state, retired in June. A reception was held May 31st to honor Connie and her many years of dedication to improving state government.
