Book Review – Calling All Barbeque Aficionados!

Are you a BBQ expert, aficionado, "connoisseur of the smoked meat" or simply love good food and good company? If you are, check out the 25th Anniversary Edition of The Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) Cookbook co-authored by AACPM member Ardie A. Davis. This 318-page cookbook is chock full of recipes, secrets, history, photos, anecdotes, and every other ingredient needed for a successful barbeque event. Recipes were submitted by barbeque enthusiasts from all over the country – many declaring theirs as the best.

The good news for CPMs and barbeque enthusiasts regardless of their location, loyalty, or pride is that the KCBS Cookbook offers new, challenging, and unique ideas for all to try and enjoy. Recipes and stories were submitted by CPMs and there are a number of references to the Academy and CPM programs. Sales provide more national publicity and exposure for the Academy and CPM programs.
