Eighteen is the number of the day! The Academy is presently comprised of 18 active chapters. This year, 18 standing or ad hoc committees are working to carry out the mission and progression of the Academy. Some of the committee chairs are determined by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), others accept the call when they are asked to serve.

Committee Chairs checked in last week, and in a nutshell, their reports follow.

There is still work to be done. Some of the committees still need persons who have time to commit to the charges and challenges of the committees. Committee work is a great way to meet other Fellows and learn more about the Academy. If you are interested in joining a committee, please contact Joyce Smith at Joyce.Smith@opm.ok.gov or (405) 522-3617 or the committee chair.
