2007 Askew Awards Presented in Madison, Wisconsin
Seventeen CPM projects and project teams were presented with the coveted Askew Award during the Annual AACPM Award Banquet held in Madison, Wisconsin.
Each jurisdiction’s CPM program is eligible to select one individual or one team, (depending upon the required project structure of that CPM program) to receive this award.
The Askew Award, named after George C. Askew of Georgia—the first CPM graduate of the certified public manager program, recognizes the CPM project that best utilized management practices exemplifying the philosophy of the American Academy of Certified Public Managers® in the completion of an exceptional curriculum project from all of the submissions during the annual period.
