It is with great pleasure and pride that the OSCPM nomination committee announces that Kayla Jackson has been selected Oklahoma Certified Public Manager® of the Year for 2009. Kayla works for the Department of Human Services.

Kayla has served in a variety of positions with OSCPM and has been active in her community. She has served on the advisory committee for the Moore Norman Technology Center, assisted with the MS Walk, delivered Christmas presents with the Angel program and helped with the Quality Team Day at the capitol.

Governor Henry proclaimed December 4, 2009, as Kayla Jackson Day in the State of Oklahoma. Director Howard Hendricks and her supervisors have recognized her for her accomplishment.
