      > Fran L. Wilkinson Scholarship

Each year AACPM awards up to two (2) scholarships at its annual awards banquet to members of the Academy who are enrolled in a college program that prepares them for a career in public management.  Applicants must submit an application form and two (2) letters of recommendation.  Society leadership is encouraged to identify candidates from their membership and encourage those members to apply.

At the annual AACPM awards banquet held in Salt Lake City, Utah, on October 11, 2011, the Scholarship Committee’s liaison to the Board, Linda Jefferson, announced for Committee Chair Julie Farris that the recipient of the only Fran L. Wilkinson Memorial Scholarship awarded in 2011 is Lynn Ann Keeling of Kentucky.  This is the second consecutive year Lynn has received this prestigious scholarship.
